I grew up in a small town in southern Mississippi and I now reside and train out of Phoenix, Arizona. I set the example for how adopting a healthy diet and active lifestyle can change individual lives mentally, physically, and spiritually. I’ve committed myself to a healthy life which has helped me emerge from depths of depression, sickness such as high blood pressure and physical limitations to become the glowing motivational force I see myself as today.
I believe in the 80/20 rule. You eat a "clean" diet 80% of the time and allow yourself to enjoy a few indulgences 20% of the time. Eat well during the week and relax a bit on weekends.
